I ordered sashes from KD Creations on April 1st. I never received a bill/receipt even after contacting her continually through May 1st. She gave nothing but excuses and she never delivered the sashes. When I received my credit card statement, she had double billed my card with different amounts and they were both above the amount they should have been for the number of sashes ordered. Kimberly Carroll is a very dishonest person. She should be put out of business for the scam she is running on the internet. I will make sure I let others know to never use her sash company.
