SO THE PEOPLE OF SABAH MAY KNOW:

Sabah and Sarawak ever since was territory of Brunei… leased Labuan and Sarawak to the British Company ahead of Sabah… The Sultanate of Sulu saw the potential of trade also leased Sabah to the British Company in 1878 up to 100 years that expired on 1978. Sabah was given to Brother Sultan of Sulu by the Royal Family of Brunei as token gift during the time when the Sultan of Brunei ask for military help from the Sultan of Sulu to quash the rebellion in Brunei that was near to collapse the Brunei Empire and if without the support of the Sulu Sultan, the empire will be totally toppled… And also his son settled in Sulu… With due respect… The ownership of Sabah was a private real property owned by the Sultanate of Sulu… And now headed by Proprietary right or Heir to Sabah by succession of no less than H.M. Sultan Aidal M. Ali - Uddin… Base on the 5 Royal Symbols of Artifacts, which the Buah Pulao Janggih represents as symbol and of ownership title of Sabah…

Comments and Reactions… By the Sabahans who live in Sabah to have a “referendum” is not ruled by the new Sultan… Ever since your land holding you occupies is “LEASE HOLD CERTIFICATE” with term of lease expiration specified therein and not “Transfer Certificate of Title” or “Original Certificate of Title” issued to private ownership in case of the Republic Government like Philippines

To Date… the Chief Minister of Sabah also reiterated that their will be no “Referendum” will take place same as in Sarawak.

To give you updated information… Before, when you leave and arrive Sabah and Sarawak going to Peninsular Malaysia you only show to the Immigration your ID card and chop your Passport… Now… The procedure is different… You will fill up Immigration Form same as foreigner did … and chopped your Passport for leaving and arriving Sabah and Sarawak…without any East Malaysia word on it, even your destination and origin is from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia… just you see, Sabah and Sarawak in your Passport now… “FEDERAL MALAYSIA” already terminated the lease agreement... Ever since you know that time will come that the real owner of Sabah will arrive and claim his ownership… For me … I will advice your goodself to “stay put.” Continue your daily lives and business except those who committed maltreatment to Filipino Muslims and Christians and Indonesian workers to leave Sabah as Sultan’s appeal to them.

The news that recently reach Manila that H. M. Sultan Adinda and Family of Lahar Datu are now openly supporting his cousin H. M. Sultan Aidal M. Ali - Uddin together with his Royal Family, cousin of H. M. Sultan Rodinood Kiram… Son of the late self-proclaimed Sultan of Sulu H. M. Sultan Julaspi Kiram (other claimant). The MILF Hierarchy the late Chairman Hashim Salamat before his death was have a written application and support to H. M. Sultan Aidal request government position to the Sultanate of Sabah, Galib Andang or Commander Robot of the dreaded Abu - Sayyaf Group also have application before his captured to become one of Sultan Aidal military officer and now detained MNLF Chairman Nur Misuari have also request position from H. M. Sultan Aidal attaching his draft Constitution as reference to would be Sultanate of Sabah prior to his dramatic captured in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with apparent reason.

As you observe, since I published this highly classified information to www.VOY.com 3 months ago… there was no reactions, comments coming from Brunei Royal Family or from H. M. Sultan H. Bolkiah neither from Malaysian Royal Family headed by new and old Sultan Agong of Malaysia likewise no reaction from Former Minister Mahathir Mohammad or even from Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi that there is no reaction to my articles as Administrator of Sultanate of Tawi - Tawi except H. M. Sultan Arinda and Family and now openly united to us… This only shows that all is true and transparent on the legend of “Buah Pulao Janggih.”

To widen your understanding…

Federal Malaysia with the endorsement of the Royal Sultan of the Federal State of Malaysia to the then Former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohammad, due to the diplomatic and proper representation of H. M. Sultan Hj Hassanal Bolkiah supported by authentic documents and material evidence provided by H. M. Sultan Aidal to pursue both claim of Brunei and Sultanate of Tawi-Tawi over Labuan, Sarawak and Sabah… The Malaysian Constitution embodied that the power on the separation and secession of any part of the state is vested the power and authority to the Royal Family of the Sultan of Malaysia by endorsing to Prime Minister for implementation and signing… In the case of Sabah as private land leased and owned by the Sultanate of Sulu… There will be no “Referendum” to be take place if the people want to ask which country they want to govern… The choice is yours, whether you want to stay on Sabah and Sarawak or migrate to country you want to settle…but all Sabahans are welcome except the bad guys. The termination of the lease agreement that was expired in 1978 was implemented and turnover of Labuan, Sarawak to Brunei materialize while Sabah also turnover to H. M. Sultan Bolkiah as he represent the temporary as caretaker of Sabah in behalf of his Sultan Brother H. M. Sultan Aidal M. Ali - Uddin of Tawi - Tawi, he is the Heir thru Proprietary right by succession to Sabah.

The Federal government of Malaysia decides to terminate the lease agreement to avoid further bloodshed with the change of event recently… We also avoid civil war within Sabah like the war in Mindanao in 1970. If this war will happen here in Sabah no less than the Sabahans, Muslim to Muslim will fight each other that will lead them to suffer and destruction to this very peaceful and beautiful island of Borneo… and Brunei will also be affected due to its land lock border within Sabah and Sarawak, if the government and higher authority of the Federal Government of Malaysia did not terminated the lease agreement… Time is ripe… to bring the war in Mindanao back to its source… But now as you observe in the PEACE TALKS between MILF in Mindanao and the Philippine Government, the Malaysian Government headed by Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi reiterated to the President of Philippines Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to fast track the Peace Process in Mindanao during their one on one meeting in United Nation Conference in New York last September 14, 2005. Malaysia is the primary sponsor of this Peace Agreement between MILF and Philippine government. Proving to you that they (Malaysia) terminated the claim on Sabah to give way to Sultan Bolkiah’s formula for a peaceful solution. Useless to continue supporting financially, militarily the MILF, MNLF, Abu - Sayyaf and other Muslim groups in Mindanao by divisionary tactics of Malaysia… But we adhere to support all Muslims in Mindanao regardless of races, religions, and political affiliation for a prosperous future. For this… for a fresh start on the new Sultanate of Sabah… I will propose and advice to H. M. Sultan Aidal M. Ali - Uddin between Malaysian Government and the Philippine Government for a reconciliation of that fast dark days as ASEAN Brotherhood… Sponsored by Brunei Darussalam and Indonesian headed by H. M. Sultan Bolkiah and Indonesian Sultan Agong while the British, the United States, China, Saudi Arabia, Japan and Libya government will represent as observers.

With God’s willing… because H. M. Sultan Hj Hassanal Bolkiah made to move the claim in year 2000 and Malaysian Royal Family together with Prime Minister Mahathir Mohammad and Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Badawi decide what is right for the people of Sabah and for Malaysian government not to get caught deeper to this broiling claim, they accede to Sultan Bolkiah’s claim and expired lease was terminated for a common good and turnover Labuan and Sarawak back to Brunei and Sabah, back to the Sultanate of Sulu.

My prophecy as Guided by Divine Providence, H. M. Sultan Aidal and I were very patient after the proclamation of him as Sultan of Tawi - Tawi in Year 2000… By God’s willing everything will be put in place for the next generation to come … Long Live the Sultan!!!
