I am trying to find information of my son's heritage. I have been told by his father's family that his great grandfather Bob Bruce married to Berdie Bruce was full blooded indian. However his family wants to hide what tribe his bloodline comes from. My son's father's family will not give me any information but I do know the family came from south-east Oklahoma and moved to Bakersfield, California during the dust bowl. I do know they were christian and attended a Baptist church. Please help I don't want my son to miss out on finding out how important his ancestor's were and so he could more easily identify where he comes from.
