 Some time about May 1903 my mother was adopted by Eli and Lottie Montroy, in Sandpoint Idaho. She was given the name Ruby and raised as a Montroy. She later had a step sister
born to Eli and Lottie.We have no records f the adoption or of her birth. Ruby ha coloring and feature suggesting she may have been native american and a new born about the time of the adoption. Eli had worked in Canada as a lumberjack about this time. Any bits or pieces of information would be appreciated. I know this is very little info but it is all I have.
