Attention Bandolero Teams

Bandolero Gear Rule
INEX is having trouble supplying the rev-limiter chips we use for the Bandolero cars and we are seeing good competition and a growing field. In preparation for the INEX National Qualifier to be held at WCS on August 25th, we are looking at eliminating the rev-limiter chips and implementing a gear rule.
We will be testing a few combinations that all use a 15 tooth clutch. The axle gears will be between 56 and 60 teeth. This gear testing is taking into account the safety of the drivers by controlling top speed, effects on the engine, the technical inspection process, and compliance with the INEX rule book.
Please have a 15 tooth clutch and a 56 axle gear with you on the 19th in the event we do not have enough rev-limiter chips to cover the field of cars as this will be the gear combination for this race.
Once the testing is complete, the gear rule will be implemented for all remaining WCS Bandolero races in 2012 and will become the track standard. The final gear rule will be posted on the WCS Facebook page and website before the June 2nd race.
