Subject: fry problem

About 3 months ago my molly gave birth to 6 fry. But, now, 3 have died & I suspect one of the other frys has been 'harrassing' the other (fry). This fry is noticably larger than all the other frys & is grey with black spots, while the other 5 are (& were) black.

What's bothering me most is that this grey one has bulging eyes if you look from above. I'm wondering if he's probably of a different species.
Could it be that when I bought the female molly, she was carrying other fish's (non-molly) sperm? Is it possible for fish of different type to cross-breed? Or is there something wrong with him?

Can somebody help me, please?
