Subject: Black fins

I have one gold fish. After a week, the transparent part of the fins are turning into solid black. The fish behave fine, it east and show no sign of problem, just that the transparent part of the fin and body is turning black. I did 30% change of water for a few times and the fish live for close to 3 months now. I just added another gold fish 6 days ago. It is begin to do the same. The ph is at 7.5 and nitrate and amonia are all within limits. Any idea what is going on?
