My female guppie just had babies as well. My friend breeds guppies so I talked o her about your same question. She said that yes, you should spearate the babies but make sure when you do u dont forget to put amquil in the tank. As far as feeding then, use your regular guppie food and mash it up into small pieces. dont feed them too much. You can put then back in the tank once they get bigger (after about 2 weeks) and their tails start to develope. Good Luck!
