Subject: Help!!! Swollen Black Tetra

Please help me!!! I have had no fatalities in my tank and I want to keep it that way... One of my black tetras is swollen like a balloon and I am very worried about him. I thought maybe it was a pregnant female...but unless she's got the wrong anal fin... she's a he! Please, can anyone tell me what might be wrong and what to do?????
