Subject: angel fish has dropsy

Please help. I'm afraid I will loose my angel fish as I didn't realize soon enough that it was swelling up & when i realized, it had fallen to the bottom of the tank & has been there for two days now. I'm just sick. I never saw this happen before so let it go too long. Is there anything I can do to help my fish? Thanks for any help you can give. Jean
