The angel fish are either not getting enough to eat or they are threatened by the size of tank they are in. If the tank is too small they will react by eating all the other fish. I have a fifty-five gallon tank with two lg angels and they only eat other fish if they aren't fed properly. Sometimes they also fight with one another.
