Black Mollies enjoy a tank with many different species of plants. Keeping Black Mollies seperate from other species will help the breeding process. When breeding, try to keep the tank conditions steady throughout the pregnancy. Around the 28th day of pregnancy, remove all other fish from the tank except the expecting mother. When the mother gives birth, remove her from the tank as soon as possible. Since they come from brackish waters, salt in the water will help with breeding, increase growth rates, and add more colour.
