Things have been tough lately, had a mild stroke which I'm slowly recovering from, haven't got all my mobility back yet still problems with my left side especially my left leg and arm, speech and swallow function is now almost back to normal I'm glad to say (not sure my family would agree though!)

Onwards and upwards as they say! ;-)
