I was shocked to read the messages about the conditions at Spring Creek Towers,after I saw on line the great write up on the complex and what a great place it is to live.I was considering applying for an apartment. I am a senior citizen. I drove to the complex last weekend and wasimpressed by what I saw, this was before seeing the complaints.My Questions are,why was the complex name changed? Are the conditions improving under the new managent? What about the decline of undesireable tenants,urine in hallway and safety and upkeep of the complex? Your reply would help with my decision.I did notice the messages I read was a year ago. Thank you
