(He settled between his drawn up knees, so that she was sitting with her shoulder in the crook of his and his arm was around her. He just wanted her to be comfortable and for her to be able to relax with him. Sighing, he nodded a little at her words.. though he didn't see how asking for help was receiving charity.. he figured asking for help showed you were strong enough to be bold and ask.. though he was new to all this and didnt fully understand a low of things that went on around him. HIs hand moved up and down her arm to relieve the cold that had settled on her clothes and no doubt within her as well. Craning his neck a bit, e looked down at her.) I ken what ye mean.. I am nay sure I am ready to go back either. We can rest here for a bit. (He murmured, urging her to relax, thinking for a moment before responding to her question, his voice low and his burr deep as he quieted his tone in the darkness.) The first friend I had is a guy named Remy.. he's my boss now.. he has a condition where he experiences things different than most people, its what drew me to him as a Fae. His wife, Shay.. she's just about the sweetest and happiest person I've ever met, she's just.. infectuous in her excitement for life. They have a little boy, Chase.. and he's pretty cute, talks a lot. (Every so often as he spoke, he would look down at her, or run his hand over her hair, or touch her arm slightly, just little things to show that he was thinking about her, probably more than he was thinking about his friends.) Remy's best friend is Kyrian, and his girlfriend is Haylie.. I got kicked out of Morar for them.. they had a disease that would have killed them and I 'meddled' in order to save them. (He knew that Kyrian's death would have killed Remy and poor Shay would have been disillusioned and his little world of people would have been utterly devistated.) Their expecting now.. Kyrian's a big kid, gets himself into trouble a lot.. and Haylie, well, she's changed a lot because of him, he made a lot of big mistakes.. left her standing at the altar, and she wont let him forget that. Then there's Skeeter.. who has been hanging around with a girl named courtney and has an ex-girlfriend in a nut ward who's carrying his baby. And Braden.. he's one of my closer friends.. he's sort of a big, quiet, thoughtful sort of guy.. but he's amazing to work with and easy going when it comes to hanging out after work. His best friend's little sister is living with him now, it's kinda funny to me how nervous he gets around her, I can all but smell it..
