i am an Elanian, one of the last remaining. i was born on the Saharian Moon System after the remainder of my people scattered. people come for us, all the time- we were dropping left and right. the substance Star Dust is a rare powder that can be used for virtually any purpose in magic. it is refined from our blood. so they take us, and they drain us. they kill us left and right to get ahold of something more valueable than our lives. however, both of my parents were very strong people. they had a very powerful relationship together..... because of this, both me and my brother were especially blessed with the ancient abilities of our race. we could both simply produce the substance ourselves, which made us very, uh.... valueable.... in the eyes of everybody that hunted us.

we were fine until i turned five. they found us then, and broke the door of our house in. my parents were both killed for trying to fight, but me and my brother managed to get out of the house through an old coal tunnel in our basement. we split up then. neither of us wanted to be there if the other died. he was my twin, you know.... it was the last time i saw him. i survived off of the hospitality of various friends, until i was about seven and the Spirits appeared in the shelter that i was living in. the biggest one, i think his name was Silver Bolt, grabbed me. he took me to his castle, and gave me nice clothes, and nice toys.... but he said that in return, i had to produce Star Dust for him. i found that ironic, because that is his sisters name and all. after a while, i began to exhaust the ability. so he put these on me when i was nine. he topld me that he would take them off when i was more willing to help him. the choaker was meant more as a way to show me off, because he attaches a leash to it and parades me around in public sometimes..... the belt was meant more as a way to keep me from running away from him, because it is kind of hard to breathe in. the bracelets are meant for identification though. the Shaman and Empath thing was an afterthought- i have the ability to manipulate the energies around me. all of them. my power for that isnt very strong, but so long as i am in contact with, like an Empath, or a Shaman, or a Summoner- or even you- i could use your own energies to my own advantage. i actually escaped through a Shaman. one of the Spirits that was trying to 'buy' me from Silver Bolt got a little too close, and he had been a Shaman in life, so..... he could still call weaker Spirits to his aid. i had him call all of the Sub-Spirits in his power, and had one of them carry me away while they were still under control. that is how i got here...... i have been here for about a month now......

....they wont come off. i have tried, many times. the choaker will not come off either- nor will the belt. not unless he himself sees to the fact that they get taken off.... if you tried to melt them, they would destroy my hands- and the spells on them would tell him where i was..... i am very lucky that he has not found me yet....

i, actually, uhhh..... am looking for my brother now. i heard rumors that mortals got ahold of him. when he exhausted his ability like i did mine, they started using him the traditional way by draining him over several months..... and causing him physical pain so that he would produce more blood while he was alive..... i heard though that he got away, that he is somewhere safe...... i suppose that it is a long shot, but it cant hurt to ask..... do you know him? his name is Aeden- he has black hair and his name is Aeden. that is really all that i remember about him....
