With him out of the picture, they would fall back into states of normality and the Children of Balance and Dharma would be no more. However, Chaos is in power right now. Whether he is accepted by Chaos or not, Yuki can still manipulate that power for himself because it is a part of him, and he a part of it. If you have never seen the Hand of Chaos, I believe that you might if they decide to do battle. It isn't something to be toyed with.
