i can't wait to hear maynard's personal sadness!

plus you know, i can really feel that frustration they're talking about. and i'm too young to really remember the reagan years too clearly (the first election i remember is bush vs. dukakis) but i think lots of people are feeling it. almost hopelessness. i went to this peak oil meeting yesterday morning, and there was a part of me that was just like, fuck, do i even want to know? usually i'd consider something like that to be a copout, and almost irrespsonsible, but i have trouble holding it all, when there seems to be no end in sight of the sky falling.
