Subject: American Idol

I've never watched anything more than the try outs for American Idol before.

But this year - I just love that Paris girl that sounds just like Billy Holiday! I swear I watch the show now just to hear her sing. I don't think she's America's next Idol (because her style isn't poppy enough), but I hope it leads to an album for the 16 year old girl (I think.).

Anyone catch your eye?

Watched the show last night and those twins that think they are better than everyone and think they work harder than everyone need a good kick in the ass! What are they complaining about? They should have never been allowed back and they should have let them go "finish" their album.

As much as I don't care about who is on American Idol, I think those twins Terrell and Darrell are whiney babies and they really don't deserve any attention.

I watch Canadian Idol too, because the comedian on the show is a cousin of my husbands friend(former boss) and the host is a cutey.

No - she's a little tiny African American chick. She's cute, but not hot-like. She's very young and just as sweet as can be - from North Carolina and I guess her Grandma was in a famous band in the 70s (that I had never heard of and forget the name). I forgot it was on last night - so didn't turn to it until like 8:11 - and her group was just being accepted into the next day.

I didn't realize there was a Canadian Idol! I bet that's a good one - seems like alot of talent comes out of Canada. Who are the judges on the Canadian version?

There are 4 judges and one of them is Sass Jordan I don't know if you ever heard of her, I have a couple of her cd's. The other ones are in the music biz and a radio host. The host of the show Ben Mulroney his father used to be Prime Minister (he was an ass).
It's going on the 4th season and the second guy who won gets alot of airplay on the radio and video. I guess he's our Kelly Clarkson. The Idol shows are a franchise and there are several all over the world.

I know you are jealous and I only watch American Idol to see how pathetic the competition is!
