It's regular html, if you got MySpace you already know how to do it to it.
The old img src="URL_to_non_goat_pic_HERE" both ends need to be closed with pointed brackets <> <-- those ones.

You can also fix the size in the HTML sometimes the size is off if you don't know the exact size it would default to.
here is the same one on the same server made small
I put this in height="250" width="250" before closing the brackets.
