If you haven't I suggest you make the trip - you can read all about the site when you get there but essentially it's like a genetic tracking website for music - you type in the name of a song or band/artist you like and it searches and plays a heap of other music that is similar in everything from melody, harmony and rhythm, to instrumentation, orchestration, arrangement, lyrics, singing and vocal harmony. They've actually gone to quite a bit more trouble than just clumping music by genre.

very cool stuff and a great way to find new music you've never heard before but can really dig.

Yeah, I've been before. It's pretty cool.

The only feature that I don't like is that it doesn't automatically continue playing tracks. You have to tell it to play the next one.

But besides that, I dig it.

Well, it was interesting what they came up with for SG.

It went from Mettalica to AIC back to SG and then a bunch of other metal bands. I wouldn't really put SG into that category, but the are pretty heavy at times.

Wierd. Maybe it's a Mac thing.

I'll try it on Firefox instead of Safari. I'll see if that makes a difference.
