Good prices, but I read quite a few (recent) reviews on the TripAdvisor site that was really negative about the owner/operators.

Didn't see anything bad about it, one of the people that put in a bad review for the other said they stayed here and enjoyed it...so it looks like this'll be the one I'll pick.
