 Don,
They'll go in just above the pivot screws for the levers, right square on top of the lever brackit are two (one ea side) black plastic plugs, 'bout the size of a dime... pop'em off and you should find a threaded hole, don't know what size, but that's where they go..... this is also a place where some folks have mounted another set of mirrors..(just like on our old bikes)
