A body fell off the truck. A little boy ran up to the body.*Look mawmmy! A hawssy!*he cried.*Joey! Stay away from that filthy beast!*she scolded. She took Joey's hand and jerked him.*Bye-Bye hawssy...* Joey said sadly. Flies started to gather on the mare's body. Suddenly, the body twitched & the mare opened her eyes. She staggered up and shook her mane.

4th Owner: Mr. & Mrs. Hill
For How Long: 3 yrs.
History: The Hills found her and took her in. They were poor/ And since Mr. Hill was a butcher & couldn't afford hay, he fed her meat (They knew nothing about horses). They rode her hard and never cleaned her stall or gave her fresh water. She soon got colic from eating meat and went lame after steping on metal. She was placed in the pasture with the sire of her last foal (a mule). He was always kicking her. Then one night the brutial mule decided to breed her. 11 months later, she almost bled to death after giving birth to her final foal. She passed out and the Hills thought she was dead. The foal was quickly stuffed into a patatoe sack and was drowned at the pond. The Hills then called the glue factory and they came to pick up the mare.

5th Owner: N/A
For How Long: N/A
History: She is now in CM.

Notes: A Sandy Lane breeder will probably come and look for her in the last years in her life...
