Subject: Static Room lessons will begin at Vultan's palace

It would appear that King Vultan's men are giving special courses in the electrocution qualities to anyone who wants to be recruited in this area. I would advise Zarkov to come up with another method of stopping him. The radium supply is being now held for ransom and I will ask Officer Torch for his opinion to resolve it.

Done. Finished. Kaput. The courses have already been CANCELLED by King Vultan himself. I simply offered and provided him with a rocketship having some time travel capabilities, and through my connections in the right places, made arrangements for Vultan to present a one week schtick at Caeser's Palace. He will, of course, perform his shadow puppet show routine, and his pet Orso will be allowed on stage as a sidekick. Vultan was thrilled.

Just in case, Zarkov has prepared a coal-like substance to substitute for radium should the supply be held. Dr.Zarkov has named his new invention Zar-B-Q briquettes. Though not as potent as the radium, it will suffice with a little tweaking by Zarkov. Vultan approved. No problem.
