Does anyone know if there is a cd available with music from the flash gordon serials?

There are none. The original music reels that contained all the music were destroyed at a fire at Universal some years after the serials were made. The serial films and the feature films the music was tracked from are the only surviving sources in existance that has all the music intact.

Apart from that, there are a few cues housed at Syracuse University in the Franz Waxman Collection.
