Yes, Ming had a very good day when he introduced Flash to the Oracite figure in his charming Disintegration Room.

His over the top sneering statement to Tarnak at the end of "Mars" that, "It is written that all the planets will be destroyed except one. I, Ming the Merciless, have decreed it!" is also worthy of consideration.
