"Yeah...he definitely doesn't look to good." She stated softly, glancing over at the couple on the couch who were holding each other so tenderly. "Might be good for him though, you are doing the right thing, I think...he needs to get his focus back if he is going to be remaining in active field duty." She stated, her hand going up to run up his chest and twist into his shirt lightly. "I have a conference next week and then after that I am going to start meeting with Boelyn twice a week to start campaigning stratagy's and all that." She murmured, gazing up at him. "He said it was fine to bring chase, actually encouraged it...I told him we didn't have a babysitter and I didn't think my mom would fly out here..." Boelyn's mansion was actually near RD, only about two hours away but he stayed in D.C. a lot and just plain travelled a lot really. When Remy flashed that boyish grin she couldn't help but respond back, her tongue running across her lips as she gazed up at him with a playful wink. "Mmm...no...you haven't told me I was sexy in a few days now...which kind of sucks..to be honest with you..." "I think I slept fine..." She hadn't been feeling well the night before and had gone to bed early, actually, before he even was home from work and so had stayed at her own place instead of coming over to Kyr's and Kyr had hung out with Nicky, Shay's brother, the night before anyways because he had been in town for one reason or another. "I dunno, it's not even sleepy tired, it's like I just ran a marathon tired or something." When he went on to talk about his day she frowned a little, her hand moving over to rest on his side. "If you are off your game, I think it has more to do with me than with your physical condition...I've been distracting you ever since I joined Delta..." She sounded a little guilty about that, her brow furrowed a little as she gazed at him before she leaned up a little, looking down at the floor where Chase was getting ready to pucker up and start crying cuz Kyrian wouldn't pay attention to him.
