Oi Valeska,
Entendi que appraisal está ligado a valoração, atitude e traços discursivos do interactante que denotam avaliações de atitude mesmo e footing (avaliação) parece-me abranger o appraisal e outros aspectos que também fazem parte da interação. O que você acha?
