It has a very small bag - 1 quart.

The hose is very short - about 3 or 4 feet. You can't hang the bag very high.

The nozzle - umm. It's a little shorter than a bulb douche's nozzle, but a little fatter too. It's made from sheet metal and is has spiral grooves all the way down to the hose attachment. The hose attachment or maybe hose nipple is a better word, is narrow and short and that's where you hold it. I would have preferred something fatter to hang on to. If the nozzle is in all the way, your fingers are right up against your body. It needs a longer and fatter tube to connect to the hose.

It's not much as a douche. Low water pressure, so there's no squirty feelings, uncomfortable to hold, blah. The metal tube did warm up in use though, which was nice.

After playing with it as a douche, we decided to try it as an enema and it was terrible. The nozzle has lots of spiral grooves running its entire length and it's almost impossible not to leak. You have to stick the nozzle all the way in, which can be uncomfortable, especially if you ah ... need an enema. If you don't put it in all the way, dirty enema water will leak out of every groove. If you put it all the way in, then you have to bear down on the narrow tube going into your bottom. It's thinner than the hose that feeds it. You end up leaking, no matter how hard you try to hold it in.

We got it from Amazon, played with it a few times and put it away. We wouldn't recommend it.

But try their one gallon enema bags! We ordered this one at the same time as the WaterWorks:
