3rd ANNUAL RELAY FOR LIFE

Attire is Sunday best.
*Natural pageant-no fake hair/age appropriate makeup*
*No pictures required
·GRAND SUPREME (Highest score in beauty)~crown, banner, trophy, plaque, roses and goody basket.
·AGE DIVISION QUEENS~ banner, crown, trophy, single rose and goody bag
·SWEETHEARTS~ banner, single rose and goody bag
·AGE DIVISION KING~ medal, banner, trophy & goody bag
EVERY CONTESTANT WILL RECEIVE A GOODY BAG FILLED WITH RELAY GOODIES.
**Bring Valentine cards to be exchanged among all contestants**
Age Groups:
Infant Miss 0-11 mths; Baby Miss 12-23 mths; Toddler Miss 2-3 yrs; Little Miss 4-5 yrs; Petite Miss 6-8 yrs; Young Miss 9-11 yrs; Junior Miss 12-14 yrs; Miss 15-18 yrs;
BOYS: Baby Mister 0-2 yrs/Toddler Mister 3-5 yrs
RULES:
1.No unsportsmanlike conduct will be tolerated. You will be asked to leave without a refund. Remember this is a benefit for charity.
2.Smile and Have Fun!!
3.Compete Age Day of pageant. No fallbacks.
4.If there are less than 3 contestants or more than 6, groups may be combined or split at director’s discretion. No info will be given out about who and what age groups they are in.
5.Deposits are non refundable!
6.Awards will be increased as participants increase.
7.Special discount for more than one child per family. Please contact me.
8.Early Bird Deadline is January 19, 2007. Final Deadline is January 26, 2007. Late entries will be subject to a $10.00 late fee.
