Getting a "new" one next week so I hope ALL the problems will be history, LOL. At least posting still seems to work. Won't be doing anything much with the lot. Just don't have the time, the energy or the money. We brought the camper with the AC back here, so I can't live out there again. Hurricane Rita brought down more trees so I'd have to start all over again. Why bother when we can't get water or septic? I've got it for sale for $3,000 - should post it on here, LOL. Sure wish we could buy your place and just build the kennels on the lots. It's a great deal, can't believe you haven't sold it! Wanna swap deeds, LOL? You could rent this place out. . . I have a few fairly good potentials but you know how that goes, is a wait and see situation. Will run it one more time in Thursdays Paper then don't know if I will fool with it anymore or not. You know the house is not livable. Give me a call if you think your interested might could work out an owner finance thing. I hate to see it sit and fall down, was my home for 21 years.
