Well the heat of summer is gone and now the colder weather will be coming and hopefully all that stink from the wood will be covered or frozen. And maybe next season the Parks will come and replace it (AGAIN!) with something like the compound stuff they use in VanCortlandt park. Much nicer. Probably costs more and that's why VC Park gets it and the river gets the crap. Parks! Figures. But we can hope.
