Subject: Bronx Park River

I got back again now that the weathers warm and it looks like the Parks are back to doing one of the things they do best - NOTHING! The place is muddy and dirty and those boards smell like something dead! The only other thing Parks does really well is destroy. I wonder what they'll ruin this season.
