The place is a mess! Looks like Baghdad! Mud all over the place and sand! No trees. No plants. Empty spaces. What the h377 are they trying to prove other than they're completely incompetent at anything but stealing money from the coffers of New York City? All this and the likes of Dart Westphal are trying to convince the neighborhoods to go and use the river? I don't think so!
