The snow fell and turned to ice already this winter and Parks is showing just what they're made of. NOTHING! It took them long enough to clean those steps from Riverdale Avenue up but they never cleared the other paths and walks. I had to cut through the park a few mornings after the snow because the busses weren't running in Riverdale. I almost fell and broke my neck! So if this is what it's going to be like this winter I'll tell you now that Parks better prepare for a law suit because if I fall you've already been warned and it's your negligence that would make me fall at this point.
