The city has agreed to pay about $21 million to black and Hispanic parks employees who said that they received less pay and fewer promotions than white co-workers and claimed that the city retaliated against them when they complained.
Why are these dirty liars, and cheats getting millions rewarded for the worst Parks on the planet when Coney island and Brighton beaches are a disgrace the nypd and parks department cruisers and bulldozers all summer long chase away beach goers, the boards are horrendous nypd run along the boards with their pseudo bicycles chasing pedestrians Washington sq park now dug up and 20,000 yellow fever corpses that were buried there now emit sickening germs as the so-called renovation does not continue.
In 2004 I, then a swf 46 years of age nyc native telephoned Verizon phone company and complained about the illegal deadly cell sites on small 100 year old crumbling apartment buildings in nyc now i am almost entirely gray, sick daily, have a heart, lung, and multiple sclerosis complication living in this 6 floor walkup apartment and also suffering 911 exposure to toxins many of which were nuclear. I was served a misdemeanor charge supposedly threatening the phone company and served 3 days at a NYC park as a sick white woman cleaning it with an old broom and dirty wastebasket for free. I noticed at the time the fat, brainless, beligerant parks department workers black and hispanic as i did not see any white ones, were either unhelpful to me or ignored me entirely and never thanked me for cleaning their park sick as a dog. Just another injustice of millions brought about in sick, raped, killed, trashed, nuked, broken, stolen, NYC 2008.
