Date Posted: 05:41:47 03/06/09 Fri March has been super exciting and we are still in the first week!! First of all, our Free Casting, Audition and Fashion Print Workshop 101 was a huge success!! Those booklets will be available this week in the studio. We had a very large crowd in attendance. I plan to do more of these for the public. This information is needed in the modeling and acting industry and you should not need to pay $400 to receive it! Emily Rush and Rebecca Taylor will be traveling to NYC the last week of this month to meet with agents and have a shoot with Curves. We are soo proud!! Kristina and Amanda Cook will be traveling to NYC the first week in April to meet with agents, including New York Model, and have several test shoots scheduled. I cannot wait to see Erin, George and Carlos at NYM! Maggie Holman, Chance Glover, Natahan Guess and The Dreamz have just been booked for the April 4th Easter Eggstravaganza at Drexel Park. Listen for their names on the radio. They will each be performing mini-concerts. Today, several of our models and actors are on set at Wild Adventures for their Splash Island commercial. Way to go!! We had a feature film audition this past Sunday for "I Am Scottie" by 20th Century Fox and it went GREAT! We had young actors come in from Macon, Albany, Sylvester and Cordele as well as right here in Valdosta to audition. They were ALL great!! Tyler Perry Studios called us on Tuesday to give us an opportunity to submit for their new film " I can do bad all by myself". We are so excited to be on the "map"!! We have been working hard on our Showcase on April 24th and are looking forward to the next workshop on March 15th. WOW....a talented group!! We have had so many new students join us for acting and modeling classes....i just feel we have been so blessed!! Three new fashion models in this week alone. WOW! Looks like they may be joining us in NYC soon. We are thanking God for our blessings and thanking all of the AM&T parents, models and actors for their support. This is going to be the best year yet!
