::looks at her with mournful eyes, then turns his gaze on the wolf-dog, a fire visably burning within, a trait unusual to him. he snarls at the hybrid and trots off down the trail::

:he breaks into a run::

~she nudges the stallion into a full out gallop in pursuit of the dog and cuts him off~

::he goes around the two and disappears into the woods::
