Of course the barn rats and the cats, but there were no little children screaming at the top of their lungs, no amateurs doing things wrong that endangered the animals, she smiles, removing her heavy coat and bringing Darcy out into the aisleway, she grooms the mare and tacks her up gently, making sure the polo wraps are wrapped correctly before warming the bit and putting on the bridle, she ruffles Darcy's forelock, of all the mares she'd ever ridden, Darcy was her favorite, the mare was sturdy and undisturbed like a gelding, but quick and light as a mare, ferocious as a stallion if need be, she kisses the mare's muzzle and leads her to the outdoor jumper ring, mounting up and letting the mare's muscles relax before going into their workout that would lead to 3'9" jumps and spreads-
