She moves to the mares stall, gently stroking her and letting herself into the stall, slipping on the blue halter with engraving on the side plate, Black Gold A black filly with a white blanket nudges at her leg and she laughs, slipping a halter onto her, the nameplate blank so far and leading the pair into the pasture.



She walks back into the stable, closing Black Gold's stall door and picking up a gold halter with The Beat engraved on it and slipping it onto his tan dial, leading him into the aisle and clipping him into a grooming area, grooming him until he shines and then tacking him up, slipping on the bridle and leading him out, mounting into the racing saddle and trotting him around the track once, then at a canter once, then crouching into her racing position she moves her hands up his neck and his hooves dig in farther, his dial moves out more, and his powerful limbs fly over the track at his slow gallop he still eats up the ground rapidly. Muscles rippling beneath his shining coat he begins his fastest breeze and her que. It is impossible to see them now, only a blue of white, tan, and blonde-
