家族成員中有否睡眠問題/相同問題?
有冇正在服藥/之前有冇用藥?
之前有冇健康問題?有冇做手術?
你有冇食煙/飲酒?

一般講如果你有午睡習慣會影響晚間睡眠quality同時間(要戒午睡)
再唔係試試臨訓前約4小時做D light exercise...臨訓前1-2小時飲杯熱牛奶
不過就唔好做劇烈運動/食得過飽﹐兩者都會令你難以入眠
