I agree that they should never been allowed in anyestablishment, having been built and pre-set to pay out. Sure, you can turn that part off of the machine, but it is as easily turned back on. Just a key by the owner, and one turn opens the machine for resetting and pay-out.
But, NO ONE addicts ANYONE. It's like being in a circle as a joint goes around, (not that I would know about these things..eh, hem). You either take a toke, or you pass it along. No one has your arm tied down to join them. You either go over and put the first quarter in, or you don't. Simple as that. It is no one else's fault but their own on addiction.

I guess we should close all liquor stores too, because people get addicted? Hell, now Cancer patients can't even get their relief drugs, because addicts are holding up pharmacies, and forcing them to stop carrying it. Is it the cancer patients fault for needing something for the pain, that the addict found it one day and has no bounds on how they will obtain it? Of course not.

It is up to the ESTABLISHMENT to adhere to what the rules and laws are, and it is up the the ESTABLISHMENT on whether they want gambling, or they do not. Simple as that. I go into Lil' Peach every week, blinded by the amount of lottery tickets in front of me. I don't buy a single one. That is my choice.

I remember walking into the laundromat in Vegas, and watching people get their quarters for the laundry machines, as well as the quarters for the poker and slot machines. Most walked out with still dirty or wet clothes, because they had gambled all of their laundry quarters in the machines, while waiting for the cycle to end.

I had clean clothes and they were all dry.

When we all received our paychecks, we had the option of "spinning the wheel" to double it before cashing, or just cashing the check. I was able to take my check. Other's usually would spin. I wanted my check. I worked hard for that check. The state of Nevada wasn't getting that check, no matter what my odds were.

Clinton used the "temptation" theory, and giving into "sin". He got off, in more ways than one. Why not Nason's?

I still like CG's idea of buying a sub, and getting a token inside. Hell, I already buy a sub from them once a week. Why not have an added "chance" at being a millionaire?
