Naturally as I understand your reason for the taxpayers spending close to $ 6,000,000.00 is the fact that the Town Hall and Spring Park building are not handicap accessable.That is reason enough for you to vote yes. I have checked around at the price of elevators for those two buildings and I have found that the Town could put elevators in both for less than $ 150K with all the fixens. That would leave the taxpayers with $ 5,850,000.00 under budget for handicap accessable buildings. And that is reason enough for me to vote NO.I just hope those in attendance vote with the same rationale.
