I too have called police about a nearby party in the woods, and I too was disappointed in the police response. When I called, police responded quickly. I then told the responding officer(s) exactly where the party was taking place, and even offered to guide them to the exact spot. Instead, the police refused to go more than a few steps away from their cruisers, and the party raged on into the night, with a bonfire, loud music and the sound of breaking bottles. Is there some sort of Dracut police policy about not venturing into the unknown?
