govt is being run as a business rather than a freestanding govt; sort of like the provision against mixing church and state except the state has become a for profit business, that's why "there is no law" and because weights and measures have been corrupted" (think deceitful balances scripturally) the system is doomed because the metrics have been destroyed, or what is architecture absent uniformity of measurement, is it, what is it? In other words it's a tower of babel is another insight.
