Desert born, desert bred, the filly's rage begins to grow in her heart. Slowly, it is channeled to her body, and she lurches to her feet, blue eyes icy and cold. "It's not that easy, Red Devil," she taunts, lashing out with ebony hooves at his neck, causing a gash. She whirls, backing away, eyes narrowed and taunting, but almost stumbles from lack of energy.
She closes her eyes in a silent prayer. 'I can't do this forever,' she thinks. 'My anger will give out too quickly. Mother, help! Please!'
