Hi everyone!! We are URGENTLY looking for 2 people to transfer our leases to. Unfortunately, two of our roommates can’t live with us anymore and the last day to transfer the lease is July 20th! So if you are interested please send us a DM me at mymyy_n !
Building information: Courtyards Building 4, 4x2 (4 bedrooms, 2 baths), 3rd floor
-yearly lease, $835 per month which is super inexpensive compared to other apartments around UMD!!
-comes furnished with couches, coffee table, dining table/chairs, dressers, desks, bed-frame + mattress
-free parking at the courtyards
-free amenities such as a gym, pool, volleyball court, study areas, computer lab
You will be living with Michelle and myself!! We are both Vietnamese so that means we will be eating and cooking good Asian food!!! We consider ourselves friendly, but we do joke around a lot. We both like to live in a clean and organized environment so being neat is a must in shared spaces!
My info:
-Gen bio major and human development minor, premed
-foodie, love to go try new food (favs are sushi, kbbq, and pho)
-love arts/crafts and customizing shoes for friends
-fav shows: kdramas (it’s okay to not be okay, love all play, Itaewon class, etc.), anime (Fairytale, HxH, spy x family, jjk, full metal, haikyuu), American shows (gossip girl, the originals, Lucifer, marvel, all those dating shows like love is blind)
-random but I love the sidemen lol so if you watch them!!
Michelle’s info:
-crim major
-playing games (valorant, animal crossing, etc.)
-likes thriller/horror, marvel movies, kdrama, anime
-fav foods: kbbq, sushi, anything matcha
-likes picnics
-down to go on random adventures
-will not let you pay if you go out to eat with her
