I just came across your message board today, and am maybe I'm getting carried away with my posts (its either this or actually get some work done in the office today, but I figure its Friday and I've had a productive week). A master plan might be sensory overload for a number of people. I keep hoping little things will eventually make a difference. Besides, it’s those little things that I only have the resources for and am capable of doing.
