I merely agreed, in humble opinion, to your take on observations. No "credence" necessarily, nor do I dismiss the "subject to change". I believe we both have enough time under the belt to know that plots can twist in the blink of an eye, outcomes can be as expected "or" nothing of the kind. But speculation is really all we have at the moment. Time alone will tell all. It's just my contention that it would be nice to see NBG returned to, let's say, the 50s or even the early 60s when there was business in the "Burgh", folks could walk, as I like to recall, "from water to Wisner" without fear; photos of the kids at Schoonmakers. No, I don't expect, nor do I even imagine such an insanity, but if prosperity & good living could befall NBG once upon a time, I see no logical reason why it can't return. (And I certainly don't expect such a thing in my lifetime. But it's fun to entertain a notion.)
